Mit dem wohl aufregendsten Boot meines Lebens fuhren wir bei hohem Wellengang, starkem Wind und etwas Regen knapp 30 Minuten übers Meer. Wow, da kann jede Wasserachterbahn einpacken! Die Bedingungen waren sicherlich nicht die besten für die Überfahrt doch alle sind gut angekommen und auch das Gepäck nahm keine Schäden.
Zu Fuss machten liefen wir auf die andere Seite der Insel zum Cool Spot. Hier bekommt man für 15.- Dollar ein Privatzimmer inkl. Frühstück und das auch für zwei Personen!
Auch auf Little Corn blieben wir auch eine Woche und genossen das preiswerteste qualitätiv hochstehende Essen meiner Reise. Auch die Strände liessen keine Wünsche offen. Die Unterwasserwelt erkundigte ich mit insgesamt fünf Tauchgängen, einer davon in der Nacht.
Little Corn hat einen coolen relaxen Vibe, ist jedoch auch deutlich touristischer. Doch da es keine Strassen oder motorisierten Transport gibt, ein absolutes Traumziel.
With the probably most exciting boat of my life we drove in high waves, strong wind and a little rain almost 30 minutes over the sea. Wow, every water roller coaster can pack! The conditions were certainly not the best for the crossing but we all arrived well and the luggage was not damaged.
By walking we went to the other side of the island to the Cool Spot. Here you get for 15 dollars a private room including breakfast and this for two people!
Also on Little Corn we stayed for a week and enjoyed the cheapest high-quality food on my trip. The beaches left nothing to be desired. The underwater world I inquired with a total of five dives, one of them at night.
Little Corn has a cool, relaxing vibe, but is also much more touristy. But there are no roads or motorized transport, an absolute dream destination.
