Adventures in Baños

Categories Action, Ecuador, Mountains

With Max & Lee we arrived in Baños in less than three hours.
Much faster than the bus. The first two nights I stayed in the Community Hostel, as in Quitó.

This was followed by three nights in an Airbnb house with pool, which Max & Lee got offered by a follower. Also Dave joined us two days later in Baños to not miss the Airbnb. Together we rode down the wild waves of the Rio Pastaza on a rubber boat. Also in the morning of the same day I visited with Max & Lee the impressive waterfall Pailón del Diablo.

The next day we took a trip up to the popular Casa de Arbol. Famous for its swing with the brilliant view over the valley. In the afternoon action was announced again by bungee jumping down from an 80 meter bridge. The fall was not too deep, but the adrenaline high!

The week in Baños was over quickly and packed with action and many beautiful moments. Certainly one of my favorite places here in Ecuador.
